Last order dates for Christmas 2024

Last Order Dates For Pre-Christmas Deliveries

As we approach the festive season, we at GoCustom Clothing want to ensure that you have all the necessary information to plan your orders effectively and provide your customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Here are the cut-off dates for placing orders with the best chance of arriving before Christmas. Cut-off dates depend on the shipping methods that you offer your customers:

For Domestic Orders:

  • RM24 Tracked - Tuesday 17 December
  • RM24 - Monday 16 December
  • RM48 Tracked - Monday 16 December
  • RM48 - Thursday 12 December
  • DPD - Tuesday 17 December

For International Royal Mail Orders:

  • International Tracked (NOT USA) - Tuesday10 December
  • International Standard (NOT USA) - Sunday 1 December
  • International Tracked (USA) - Sunday 8 December
  • International Standard (USA) - Monday 2 December

These deadlines allow us to maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality print-on-demand fulfilment services, even during the busiest time of the year. Our team will work diligently to process orders placed before these dates so that they will hopefully arrive at their destination in time for Christmas.

Note that orders must be marked as PAID in your GoCustom account by the above dates.

Orders received after these dates will still be processed but any delivery before the Christmas holiday will be dependent on the delivery network's capacity to deliver. Note that whilst we will make every effort to dispatch your order on time, we are at the mercy of the delivery companies once your order has left our premises.

Also, note that our factory will closed on 24 December and reopen on 3 January. Orders placed between these dates will take longer to fulfil than our normal 3 to 6 business days.

Action:

Set your customer's expectations now! It's a good idea to communicate clearly on your websites the last dates that you can accept orders. Remember that you need to leave enough time to pay for your orders.
